Our 4BHK has 2 apartments. Each 2 BHK apartment is fitted with 2 AC bedrooms with antique hardwood oak beds with memory foam, one common and one attached toilet/bathroom with hot shower, a functional kitchen with fridge and induction, a flat-screen 43 inch TV, a AC seating area and 3 Pool view balconies. is the epitome of luxury and comfort, crafted to ensure a lavish yet cozy stay. It boasts four air-conditioned bedrooms, each furnished with elegant antique hardwood oak beds and memory foam mattresses to guarantee restful sleep. The apartment includes both an ensuite bathroom and additional bathrooms, all equipped with hot showers to enhance your convenience.

The spacious living area is a perfect blend of functionality and entertainment, featuring an internet-connected TV with access to Netflix and other streaming platforms. Complete with air conditioning and a large seating area, it is ideal for those who wish to combine work with relaxation. Each balcony is thoughtfully furnished with either a patio or dining table and includes handy charging points, making it a perfect spot for work or unwind.

The kitchen is fully equipped to handle all your cooking needs, now updated with an electric kettle, alongside a fridge and induction stove. Additional amenities like table tennis and a children's play area ensure that entertainment options are plentiful for both family and friends.

There may be a Electricity cut sometimes 1-2 times a month, so there's Inverter as a power back for 4-5 hours on which only fans and light will work.

Enjoy exclusive access to the apartment, including the adult and children’s swimming pools, gym, parking area, and playground. While visitors are welcome, please inform us in advance about any overnight guests.

There is a Car and Bike Parking Space, Pool, Gym and kids playground in the society and many Shops like Restaurants, Cafes, Grocery shops etc. just on the outer side of the Society.

To ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay, we recommend getting in touch prior to booking. Our 4 BHK(2- 2BHKs) apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. Please note that government-issued ID proofs are required at check-in for all guests.

We have a backup power inverter, but please note that it only powers fans and lights during power outages.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, but guests are welcome to smoke on the balconies. Our high-speed WIFI is available for guests to use, although overseas guests are advised to bring their own local SIM cards for data access.

Please be aware that the host is not liable for long power cuts resulting from load shedding or natural disasters.
